OIL CAREER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Membership Agreement Before Joining As A Member Of Our Oil Career
Employment Resource Center.
1. INTRODUCTION. This Service Agreement is entered into between
Oil Career Employment Resource Center, its successors and assigns,
hereinafter, "Oil Career" and you, the member, hereinafter,
"Member". Oil Career Employment Resource Center is
a unique online oil employment resource center, which provides
job seekers with specific resource that can aid in their job
search.
2. MEMBER'S ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY. Upon registration,
Members receive a username and password which will be used by
the Member to log into the Oil Career members area. Placing
an order for a membership on this website: www.oilcareer.com
constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. You may use your password
at any time to log into the member area (www.oilcareer.com/members.htm)
to access our oil employment resources. You, the Member, are
the only authorized user of your Oil Career account. Any unauthorized
use of the Oil Career service will be grounds for termination
of this Agreement by Oil Career and or cancellation of a Members
membership.
3. TERM OF AGREEMENT. Continued use of the members area constitutes
acceptance of this Agreement and any future versions. Both parties
hereto will be acting in an individual capacity and not as agents,
employees, partners, joint venturers, or associates of one another.
4. PERFORMANCE. Oil Career shall be deemed to have performed
its obligations under this Agreement by allowing access to the
information in the members area to members. However, Oil Career
reserves the right to refuse access to any member for any reason
it deems appropriate. Oil Career does not provide any guarantee
that a Member will secure employment through use of the resources
available in the members area. Should any provision of this
Agreement be found invalid, ineffective or unenforceable under
present or future laws, the remainder of the provisions shall
remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected,
impaired or invalidated. No waiver of breach of any provision
of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other breach,
or of such provision. Failure of Oil Career to enforce at any
time any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed
as a waiver thereof. The remedies reserved by Oil Career under
this Agreement shall be cumulative and additional to any other
remedies in law or equity.
5. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS. You, the Member, by registering
for our Employment Resource Center, hereby affirm that you are
of legal age of employability as deemed by the governing authorities
of the client's country of origin.
6. PAYMENT. We currently accept payment for a membership to
Oil Career by either PayPal or by mail using check, cash, or
money order. Orders by mail will not receive login passwords
until the payment is received and is cleared at our bank.
7. WEB SITE USAGE. The Employment Resource Center members area
is only meant for private use by individuals who are seeking
oil industry employment. Any member found using the members
area for any other use, commercial or otherwise, will have their
account access deleted. OIL CAREER AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,
OR ASSIGNS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS OF DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY
OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF THE INFORMATON IN THE MEMBERS
AREA, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, MULTIPLE,
SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, LIQUIDATED, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. We
do not assume responsibility in any way for the information
that is provided by website links displayed in the members area.
The use of any other service or website that is linked to in
the members area is completely at your own risk and we do not
actively reveiw the websites that we link to in the members
area. By becoming a Member you hereby exclude Oil Career from
any liability that may result in the use of any websites that
we link to in the members area and the products and services
and information provided by these websites.
8. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this Agreement at
any time and for any reason. A Member must provide notice of
intent to terminate to Oil Career by registered or certified
mail to:

Termination by the Member will not result in deletion of the
Member's account access of the Oil Career members area. Without
prior notice, Oil Career may terminate this Agreement, your
password, your account, or your use of the members area, for
any reason, including, without limitation, if Oil Career, in
its sole discretion, believes you have violated this Agreement,
our Acceptable Use Policy, or any of the applicable user policies.
Oil Career may terminate your account without notice.
9. REMEDIES. If you are dissatisfied with the Employment Resource
Center or any related terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines,
or practices of Oil Career, your sole and exclusive remedy is
to discontinue using the website and, if you are a Member, to
terminate your account. Should any disputes arise with respect
to this Agreement, both parties agree to act immediately to
resolve any such disputes. Time is of the essence in the resolution
of disputes. Upon agreement by the parties, any disputes may
be resolved through arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator
shall be binding upon both parties. Sections 3, 5, 7, and 11
of this Agreement shall survive termination. Members also have
a period of 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
10. DISCLAIMER. Oil Career Employment Resource Center is a unique
online oil employment resource center, which provides job seekers
with specific resource that can aid in their job search. Oil
Career has no specialized contact or agreements with the oil
companies or websites listed or linked to in the members area.
Oil Career does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for
the accuracy of any information in the members area. Oil Career
makes no express warranties or guarantees and waives all implied
guarantees, including, but not limited to the guarantees at
our website www.oilcareer.com. By becoming a member of Oil Career,
you hereby agree to have read and accepted the terms and conditions

11. JURISDICTION. This agreement is governed by the Republic
of Panama law. The Republic of Panama
courts located in Republic of Panama, alone have jurisdiction
over all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement
and the Services. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of
such courts sitting in Republic of Panama with respect to such
matters or otherwise between you and Oil Career, and you waive
your rights to removal or consent to removal.
12.
VALID AND CURRENT PAGES. Oil Career does regular maintenance
on the website to attempt to ensure all pages are as current
as possible. However, we do not guarantee, or warrantee the
currentness of any page of the website. Please contact us if
you would like to varify if information on any specific page
you read is up to date. We generally try to ensure everything
you'll visit by way of clicking on the main menu which is on
most pages in the upper left of the page, is up to date and
current. Also we attempt to ensure all pages linked to those
main pages of the site are keeped up todate, one level of links
deep. However, we have so many pages on the site that not everything
is up to date. If you found our website via a search engine
link please note that we cannot guarantee that the page and
information you arrived from has been kept current. Again please

13. MISCELLANEOUS. Oil Career may revise, amend, or modify this
Agreement and any other user policies and agreements at any
time and in any manner. Oil Career may assign this agreement
to its successors or to any other organization without notice
to the Member. By joining Oil Career's members area, you hereby
agree to have read and accepted the terms and conditions listed
in this agreement.
